New year, new project. I reached out to Hydra Miniatures after seeing their new 10mm retro sci-fi game, Atomic Tank, to see if they were interested in me running some demos for them at a local con. Matt was all in so here we are. I'm making good progress with the Robot Legion. The Warbots and Centurions are done, and everything else needs the orange and metal highlights. I'm hoping to finish them by the end of the week to get the Galacteer infantry done by next week to run a demo for the guys.

I started these 15mm Chinantec the last week of September in preparation for the Fall In! 2025 Triumph! New World Theme Tournament. They were ready for play but I wanted to do a bit more with the bases so I ordered some grass tufts that looked like Mexican Feathergrass last week. After cutting those up and sticking them on there I think I'm good to call them done.

I finsihed up some Vidaar skirmishers a few months back and never took pictures, same of the command models that I finished last month for our Shieldbash tournament that was last Saturday. The banner is made out of paper, I used a decal to paint the circle and then stuck the decal of the axes on top of it.

Also, I got to put another figure on the trophy this year. The scene had to be modified a bit (the water cracked) so I made up a beach, stuck Frank's Kanid on a skimboard and then added Pam at the top of the beach.

We had our sixth annual Shieldbash Invitational Tournament this past Saturday. Eight players bashed it out, muppet style, across three rounds: the Ambush scenario from the rulebook, an all out King of the Boat scenario, and a chariot race with the Faustus Furious rules. Much Sprecher soda was toasted and many a muppet gave their fluff for the fun and enjoyment of all.
